Key Responsibilities / Duties
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation.
Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance to senior leadership.
Marketing Communication & Material Creation
Oversee creation and management of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for retail clients.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including web, social media, and events.
Develop and execute comprehensive event and seminar marketing plans that drive attendance and engagement.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media and website optimization.
Conduct cross-platform integration of marketing and advertising campaign.
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated marketing communications.
Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is highly desirable.
Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
License / Registration / Certification:
Type I Securities Sales Representative License (証券外務員一種) is required.
If not currently held, it must be obtained prior to joining the company.
