About the role 

The Head of Marketing leads Triskele's marketing function and is accountable for how we position, how we generate demand, how we equip Sales, and how the Triskele brand shows up in the market. This is an established function with a capable team in place, including a Campaign Manager and an Events Marketing Specialist. 

We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can take a well run function and refine it for the next stage of growth. The focus areas are Government, Corporate, and Enterprise. Each has a different buyer, a different buying cycle, and a different proof requirement, and marketing strategy needs to reflect that. 

This is a commercial role first. The Head of Marketing is measured by the contribution marketing makes to qualified pipeline, win rate, and brand authority. The role sits within the Senior Leadership Team and engages with the Executive Team on a monthly and quarterly cadence, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer with a dotted line to the CEO. 

What you will do 

  • Refine Triskele's positioning across Government, Corporate, and Enterprise, with the messaging and proof points that resonate in each 
  • Lead segment specific demand programs and own marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline 
  • Run account based marketing programs against named target accounts in partnership with Sales 
  • Equip Sales and Pre sales with the collateral, references, and competitive responses they need to win complex deals 
  • Lead the events and campaigns programs with the team in place 
  • Build and protect the Triskele brand as a credible, sovereign, technically deep cybersecurity business 
  • Lead the use of AI inside marketing and extend that capability across Sales, Pre sales, and Service Delivery so they can self serve marketing shaped work, with templates, briefs, and brand guardrails owned by marketing 
  • Lead, develop, and coach the marketing team, and contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team 

Requirements

About you 

You are a senior B2B marketing leader with a track record in technology, professional services, or adjacent regulated sectors. You have led marketing functions where the commercial outcome matters more than the activity, and you are comfortable being measured on that basis. 

You bring: 

  • Senior marketing leadership experience in B2B technology or professional services, with exposure to Government, Corporate, or Enterprise buyers 
  • A strong track record across segment strategy, demand generation, account based marketing, and sales enablement in a complex selling environment 
  • Demonstrated commercial accountability for marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue 
  • Experience leading and developing a marketing team, including campaign and events specialists 
  • Active, hands on use of AI tools in marketing operations, and a view on how to extend that capability to non marketing teams 
  • A commercial orientation, strong writing, and the directness to operate inside a fast moving executive environment 

Helpful, not required: cybersecurity, managed services, or related domain experience; experience with strategic technology partner ecosystems; familiarity with the Australian Government procurement landscape.
