Job Description

We seek a seasoned marketing professional who has led Marketing operations and strategy for IT Services and Digital Transformation companies. The individual will have to work with our content and marketing team and help us build brand awareness. Simultaneously, work closely with our Head of Sales to achieve organizational KPIs. We are looking for a passionate individual with aspirations to go beyond the conventional way of marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including department heads and Head of
  • Sales, to strategies and drive key initiatives.
  • Build strategies around inbound lead generation mechanisms.
  • Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the strategic development of deliverables.
  • Catch current social media trends and target audience’s behavior to come up with marketing approaches.
  • Balance creativity with marketing by identifying and measuring the return on efforts
    and investments.
  • For-internal and external brand-building, tap into underutilized marketing mediums such as emails, newsletters, and social media.
  • Streamline the existing brand to be consistent across platforms and mediums.
  • Contact our clients for testimonials, reviews, and other organic marketing materials.
  • Reachouttoteammemberstogather feedback and positive reviews for Glassdoor,Google, and other business/team member rating platforms.
  • Helpusreachout to job seekers with the skills we seek through marketing activities and events.
  • Organize ideation sessions and create storyboards for marketing initiatives.

  •   10+yearsofproven experience in running and leading marketing initiatives across channels and business goals.
  •   Strong understanding of marketing campaign management.
  •   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  •   Proficiency in social media marketing.
  •   Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  •   Leadership experience with a track record of driving engagement and performance.
  •   Ability to develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track various metrics related to content and marketing.
  •   Capableofdeveloping and implementing strategic initiatives for employer and brand marketing


Skills Required

  • 10+ years of proven experience in running and leading marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
