Role Summary
The Head of Marketing is responsible to lead and scale our marketing function, with a strong focus on driving growth and enhancing brand presence. This role will oversee two core pillars: Growth Marketing (User Acquisition, Conversion Rate Optimization, CRM) and Communication (Design, Social Media, Copywriting, and Digital Marketing). The Head of Marketing will manage a team ensuring alignment, performance, and innovation across all marketing disciplines for Leiturinha.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the Growth Marketing team across User Acquisition, CRO and CRM to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the Communication team, including brand positioning, design, digital content, social media presence, and copywriting.
- Manage and mentor the Marketing Leaders, ensuring seamless team collaboration, talent development, and performance management.
- Monitor KPIs across channels and implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and Leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools and technologies.
- Drive innovation and experimentation across all marketing efforts, fostering a culture of testing and learning.
Required:
- Strong proficiency in performance marketing, paid media, and organic growth strategies.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with CRO tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and strategies for lifecycle marketing and customer engagement.
- Proficiency with content and creative tools and project management platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, automation flows, and segmentation.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and their application in marketing.
- Fluent english mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
