A leading player in the finance service industry with several subsidiaries requires the service of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position indicated below in its health maintenance organization ( HMO).
Job DescriptionResponsible for client’s acquisition and retention
Monitor and ensure the provision of highest quality service to clients
Oversee the design and deployment of an effective client’s relationship management framework.
Ensure effective coordination of the marketing team.
QualificationsFirst degree/HND in any discipline from a reputable institution of higher learning.
Professional qualification in marketing or management will be an advantage
Minimum of 8 years relevant post qualification experience with 3 years in a senior management position in a HMO or insurance sector
Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sale and marketing network
Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
