About the Role


The Head of Marketing (Sr Director/VP-level) is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for growing and leading our marketing organization. This role requires a hands-on strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation, team building, and management, along with strong brand development.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives growth in the SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Lead the development and execution of demand generation programs across multiple channels (digital, content, email, events, etc.) to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
  • Build and enhance our brand presence in the market, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and driving brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
  • Be actively involved in day-to-day marketing activities, from campaign execution to performance analysis, ensuring a balance between strategy and execution.
  • Actively participate in the respect of all the practices and security policies of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Prior experience working in an international environment as the team operates across France and the US.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, brand building, and team management.
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple marketing areas including digital, content, email, and events.
  • A true jack-of-all-trades who can handle various aspects of marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
  • Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day marketing operations and work alongside the leadership team to drive results.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or an MBA is a plus
