Responsibilities and Duties

  • Shape Redaptive’s Marketplace Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to refine the company’s go-to-market vision and strategy. Determine comprehensive sales, product, and business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth. 
  • Drive Growth and Profitability: Lead market analysis and product positioning efforts. Utilize customer insights and explore business model innovation to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and optimize financial performance. 
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with Technology on the entire product lifecycle, enhance current offerings, and spearhead new product development. Develop and execute an optimal commercial approach for comprehensive product marketing strategies. 
  • Market/Sales Optimization: Drive market segmentation strategies that enhance GTM results and market impact. Lead pipeline development and oversee sales enablement. Ensure consistent value proposition messaging and GTM approach. 
  • Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation: Craft short—and long-term marketing and branding strategies. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development and encourage repeat business with key sales stakeholders. Develop comprehensive demand-generation strategies that drive the GTM approach and achieve revenue goals. 
  • Pricing Strategy: Provide thought leadership for pricing strategies, leveraging a team that utilizes best-in-class models, tools, and competitive insights to assess and develop pricing recommendations. 
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with deep industry know-how and connections, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
  • Data-Driven Approach: Conduct market research, develop customer insights, and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize commercial success. Establish key performance metrics and analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue. 
  • Corporate Growth & Communications: Build a strong industry presence and establish Redaptive as an industry leader through corporate positioning and strategic partnerships to solidify Redaptive’s reputation as a pioneer and thought leader. Participate in M&A analysis to explore new business opportunities and alliances. Be the internal champion to engage and energize Redaptive’s team members to drive the company’s strategies. Share industry insights and market trends to inform and facilitate decision-making. 
  • Executive Communications: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop key messages, prepare for media interviews, and deliver compelling presentations that externally elevate Redaptive's brand and thought leadership.

Required Abilities and Skills

  • Deep knowledge of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns, including account segmentation.
  • Experience managing brand positioning and messaging across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, financial acumen, and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong experience with marketing technology and operations, including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and ad tech, engagement platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen with a data-driven approach to managing performance metrics and marketing ROI.
  • Skilled in crafting communication and messaging strategies for advertising, PR, sales, DTC, and trade & media
  • Capable of fostering long-term relationships with both internal teams and external industry or peer groups 

Education and Experience

  • 20+ years in senior marketing/GTM/strategy leadership roles, including significant experience in growth marketing. 
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on leadership experience to balance strategy with operational excellence and execution. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing business strategies that drive growth.
  • Deep understanding of business development processes, strategies, and best practices.

  • Expected annual salary: $265,000 - $300,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location) 
  • Annual bonus of 30%, subject to company and individual performance
