Based in the heart of NYC, we're on the hunt for a driven, data-savvy Head of Marketing who's eager to help us reach new heights.
About the Role
As a Head of Product Marketing, partnering with the go-to-market (GTM) teams and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in our continued growth trajectory. This position is essential for shaping and executing our enterprise GTM strategy, with a focus on enabling our customers and team to drive feature adoption and develop pipelines. It will require smart content creation, program execution in partnership with growth, and sales teams. Beyond launching products, you will be responsible for creating tailored enterprise messaging and positioning for various segments and buyers, offering pre- and post-sale buyer support, and spearheading voice of the customer initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with the responsibility of delivering messaging and collateral to enterprise clients.
- Experience in a high-growth tech start-up during its Seed, Series A, B, or C stages is required.
- This role requires strong skills in messaging and positioning, translating these into customer-facing resources, demonstrating GTM expertise, collaborating effectively with sales and marketing leadership, and confidently engaging with customers and analysts.
- Experience in designing (content and strategy) pricing for newly marketed products
- Deep understanding of the Martech ecosystem of providers, partners and customers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, plans, and projects to drive market awareness, pipeline, client engagement and revenue.
- A partner to sales who can own sales and marketing collateral including brand campaigns, creative positioning, marketing projects/campaigns and sales content.
- Lead cohesive brand activation plans, including advertising, brand partnerships, and extensions into culture and entertainment. Drive consistent experiences across all audience touchpoints.
- Manage and coordinate the global marketing budget, network of freelancers, and PR partners.
- Attend conventions and conferences, preparing engaging and compelling displays and collateral (e.g., datasheets, whitepapers, videos).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in packaging and launching innovative campaigns and content.
- Startup/scale-up mentality.
- Ability to execute quickly while delivering world class content.
- A technical expert who understands product positioning and messaging.
- Data driven approach to performance and a track record of increasing customer acquisition velocity and adoption of features
- Experience mentoring other marketers and leading cross-functional teams.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $200 - $220 + equity + benefits.
