If so, SailPoint is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) and their team, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: You will manage a team of four marketing operations professionals responsible for supporting the execution of our marketing strategies, technologies, and campaigns.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness: You will partner with marketing and sales leaders to develop and implement data-driven processes that optimize our marketing technology stack, improve campaign performance, and ensure that high-quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
  • Own the marketing tech stack: You will be responsible for managing our marketing technology landscape, identifying new technologies that can improve performance, and ensuring that we are using the right tools to achieve our goals.
  • Manage lead-to-pipeline generation and conversion success: You'll oversee the entire lead nurturing process, optimizing lead scoring, routing, and methodologies to ensure high-quality leads are prioritized and qualified effectively, ultimately driving pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Own marketing data quality and insights: You will oversee the health of our marketing database, develop strategies for data hygiene and optimization, and ensure that we have the necessary insights we need to make informed decisions about our marketing programs.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance: You will develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to guide our marketing strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with our Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and the Product teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.


Qualifications:

  • You have 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a background in marketing operations or diverse experience across marketing functions.
  • You are a proven leader with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • You have a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, 6sense, RingLead, and Tableau.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable using data to make informed decisions.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing process.
  • You are a highly motivated, self-starter who is also results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth.

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$140,770 - $201,100 - $261,430
Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
