We’re also developing new products that will shape the future of technologies for developers and digital professionals.

About the role:

We are now looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the Junie Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the advancement of AI in software development and join a company that is at the forefront of technological innovation.

As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy and supervise the execution of our AI-driven products. You will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and growth of these advanced technologies. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of tech and the AI industry, excellent strategic thinking, and a proven track record in marketing.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive and effective marketing strategies to drive growth and market share for Matterhorn products, including the AI coding agent Junie.
• Define marketing objectives to drive overall business goals and ensure the successful implementation of team marketing plans.
• Define and enhance the brand identity and positioning of Matterhorn products that will ensure a market advantage and business growth
• Develop compelling product narratives that highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of Matterhorn’s AI products for both individual users and businesses.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
• Manage the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, influencer marketing, events, and PR.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
• Lead product launch initiatives, coordinating with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Grow, lead, and inspire the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure sustainable business growth and high market share.

We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in AI or tech.
• A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with B2C marketing, product marketing, and brand management.
• A demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve marketing goals.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
