As our Head of Marketing and Brand you will:
- Lead and develop the marketing and brand channel for Mama Money: growth, acquisition, retention and loyalty, marketing and managing main commercial channels
- Develop and execute strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention in order to generate customer activity, and transactions
- Lead and empower our marketing & design teams (5+ people), ensure strong collaboration and performance
- Implement strong performance metrics and ways to measure success, and execute on a strong plan to improve commercial and operational efficiency: process, systems, people, organisation
- Develop a strong product vision for our agent network to ensure Mama Money has the best proposition in the market
- Be an internal champion for product changes for customers and/or operational support required to execute on our growth and retention strategies
- Contribute to our digital acquisitions and stimulation efforts, growth and product improvement by supporting the digital team
- Own retention and stimulation of customers through multiple channels
- Propose new areas of growth, especially through new initiatives, channels and partnershipsBe a custodian of Mama Money values within our agent team
- Have a lot of fun! :)
In your first 90 days at Mama Money you will:

- Develop a first strategy in order to speed up acquisition and retention and streamline internal processes

About you:
- You are currently leading and growing the commercial side of a retail or financial services business or have experience doing so in the past
- You understand physical and online distribution, acquisition strategies, churn and retention strategies and metrics
- You have exceptional communication skills, managerial skills and a very strong commercial mindsetYou’re obsessed with growth and performance, including operational efficiency
- You’re kind, you believe in collaboration and respect and you’re keen on joining something bigger than you to make it even bigger
- You have a strong interest in social impact and how to uplift people
