Owns the day-to-day office experience, including facilities coordination, supplier and contractor management, office supplies, procurement, budgets, onboarding, events, and workplace improvements. The role ensures the office remains welcoming, functional, well maintained, efficient, and aligned with company culture. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance issues, managing service providers, overseeing operational spend, supporting office moves, and partnering with internal teams.

Responsible for managing customer queries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring quality service delivery while supporting colleagues and departments.

Supports digital and print design across the app, website, social channels, and marketing campaigns. Creates banners, presentations, promotional materials, and other brand assets; applies brand guidelines; prepares files for developer or print handoff; contributes creative concepts; and iterates based on feedback. The role offers mentorship and progressively increasing ownership of design briefs.

Own daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, and aggregator flows across multiple currencies and corridors. Investigate discrepancies, monitor transaction activity, support payment approvals, and manage partner queries. Build automated reconciliation, anomaly detection, alerting, dashboards, and reporting workflows using SQL, AI tools, and data analysis. Collaborate with Treasury, Tech Ops, and FX Trading while supporting audits, compliance, and finance process improvements.

Execute on-the-ground trade and brand marketing across Johannesburg and Gauteng: secure and maintain physical branding sites, manage stakeholder relationships, align locations with Agent Network growth, track and report progress, and coordinate with marketing/design while managing a personal vehicle and fuel budget.

The Senior BI Engineer will design scalable data models, build BI dashboards, ensure data quality, support A/B testing, and maintain KPI definitions, partnering closely with stakeholders and data teams to enable effective data-driven decision making.

Champion quality across an agile team: define test strategies, write and execute test cases, deploy and verify QA environments, perform backend and exploratory testing (APIs, queues, DB, frontend), automate tests, maintain test suites, log and triage bugs, and influence software quality organization-wide.
