The Role

About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing, APAC to lead our regional marketing efforts from our Singapore office. This is a critical leadership role for a full-stack marketer with deep experience across audiences (consumer and B2B) and a proven track record of scaling programs and teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience across key APAC markets, knows how to build culturally resonant campaigns that drive growth, and understands how to tailor global strategies for local relevance. They will work closely with in-market GTM teams, as well as global stakeholders across product, comms, product marketing, and partnerships to deliver impactful, locally relevant programs. They are a strong cross-functional collaborator and team builder, capable of navigating a wide range of internal and external relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive the APAC marketing strategy, spanning consumer, B2B, thought leadership, and partner marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate closely with GTM and cross-functional teams, including sales, product, comms, and product marketing, to align on goals and bring cohesive regional strategies to life at the market level

  • Adapt and execute global priorities with local nuance, ensuring marketing programs resonate in-market and drive meaningful outcomes.

  • Build and scale integrated marketing programs, including campaigns, influencer initiatives, and brand activations across priority APAC markets.

  • Build and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Act as the voice of the APAC region, bringing market insights and performance learnings back to global teams to help shape broader strategy.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong track record across consumer and B2B programs in the APAC region.

  • A deep understanding of the cultural, business, and media dynamics across key APAC markets.

  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing strategies across multiple audiences and channels.

  • Strong leadership experience, with a history of building, managing, and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with GTM, product, comms, and global marketing counterparts.

  • Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Experience working with or managing local agencies, production vendors, and in-market partners.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with the AI landscape and its applications in the APAC context.
