Job Description
As the Head of Marketing and Product Management Diagnostic X-Ray systems (DXR) you will drive superior customer value by creating and driving the DXR Marketing strategy, empowered by deep customer and market insights. You play a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities as well as market-shaping initiatives. You meet customer demands, while at the same time drive profitability for DXR.
Your role:

Accountable to develop, deliver and regularly update the DXR marketing strategy and plan in line with the DXR strategic plan and strategic pricing considerations

Driving both upstream and downstream marketing for DXR, from product initiation until enabling sales and order intake in the regions, not only for equipment but also in relationship to service, thereby requiring to take a full end-to-end view of the business

Work with DXR Business leader and innovation leader to guide the portfolio investment strategy, including portfolio choices and rationalization, based on the DXR marketing strategy

Formulate and drive necessary global healthcare industry development and/or market shaping strategies (which may include claims roadmap, pre- and post-market studies and market access/health economics components)

Ensuring profitable business growth, via strong business case, pricing and margin optimization

Drive improvement of IB (Installed base) Win Rate and Market Share for DXR

Ensuring strong and qualitative new product introductions and launches across the globe

To enable the performance of the portfolio in scope, including phase-in and phase-out management

Customer and Market Insights: Analyze the market, the competition, and trends on an enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s needs and expectations Develop and maintain needs-based customer segmentation requirements (across global markets and supported by Market Intelligence).

Lead, coach, direct and motivate an organization of 50+ employees, in areas of clinical marketing, design, product management and marketing operations.

Manage talent pipeline for the organization, and build capabilities in the organization
You're the right fit if you have:

A commercial experience in Healthtech 10+ years, ideally in the Healthtech area, and have spent time directly in front of the customer

A strong understanding of Diagnostic X-Ray systems, customers and market challenges is preferred

Strong business acumen, and analytical and financial understanding to be able to drive profitability

Entrepreneurial mindset, can-do, and problem-solving attitude

You are a self-starter, with a strong drive, proactive and taking your own initiative

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
