The Role
As the Policy Value and Access Chapter Lead, you will be an inspiring and strategic leader for our experienced team. Your primary goal is to foster a culture of high performance, empowerment, and accountability. You will lead the team in the articulation and integration of the Access relevant elements needed for the successful commercialisation of our innovative portfolio and pipeline.
This is a crucial role where you will ensure the team delivers high-quality access strategies at the disease area and asset level, and ensures the excellent execution of these strategies to enable optimal patient access.
Key responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Engagement: Leading engagement and negotiation with NHS stakeholders at both national and regional levels to enable UK patient access to Roche medicines.
Strategic Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with both UK and global colleagues to challenge and shape the UK reimbursement system.
Value Demonstration: Ensuring that the value of the Roche portfolio is recognised by the system.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Using creative and innovative approaches to solve problems faced by both Roche and the NHS , and working to co-create solutions to healthcare problems.
Team Leadership: Acting as an inspiring coach, responsible for the coaching, development, and engagement of your Chapter Members.
Culture Building: Fostering collaboration and expertise-sharing to remove silos snd creating a culture where every individual can bring their whole self and passion to work
Capability Strategy: Leading strategic resource planning and developing the long-term strategy to ensure Chapter capabilities are fit for purpose now and in the future.
Compliance: Acting as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety , putting patients at the centre of all actions.
