The Manufacturing Head at Aggreko's Pune Campus is a key leadership role overseeing all manufacturing operations, responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and strategically scaling capacity. This role involves close collaboration with the India Operations Head and global teams to set up and expand manufacturing capabilities.

What you’ll do:
Safety Leadership: Ensure a safe working environment by driving proactive risk identification, incident investigation, and the implementation of corrective actions across all site operations.
Operational Strategy & Performance: Develop and execute the annual operating plan, standardize operational metrics, and achieve performance standards in safety, line utilization, efficiency, and quality.
Production & Quality Assurance: Implement strategies to optimize production output, manage costs, maintain product quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations through effective policies and audits.
Financial Management: Collaborate with finance to develop and manage plant budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor financial performance to achieve cost targets without compromising quality or safety.
Workforce Development & Relations: Oversee employee and industrial relations, recruit and develop a skilled workforce, foster a culture of teamwork and accountability, and enforce company policies.
Talent & Succession Planning: Plan and execute comprehensive training for team members and develop succession plans for critical roles to ensure continuous organizational growth and capability.
You are:
15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong grasp of processes, efficiency systems and end to end plant management, including 5-7 years in senior leadership roles, preferably with greenfield or large-scale project experience
Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) with a master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management preferred
Proven ability to build, lead, and scale diverse teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and safety
Authentic, inclusive communicator who inspires trust and engagement across a global workforce
Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills, able to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of Local Laws, dealing with Local Authorities and Government interfaces
Experience in developing and managing local suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with global quality, cost and delivery standards.
