What We're Looking For

A Senior executive with 10+ years of Liquidity Risk and Corporate Treasury experience to join as Director of Liquidity Risk Management on Cross River’s Treasury team. Primary responsibility will be to manage and evaluate the Bank's liquidity risk management framework and related areas of Treasury for improved financial performance and opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Optimization of the Bank's liquidity and funding profile
  • Chair CRB’s Funding and Liquidity Working Group to assess and economically execute current and forecasted funding needs
  • Lead key stakeholders in analyzing and navigating the current and evolving liquidity landscape
  • Report CRB’s liquidity position and activities to senior management, ALCO, and Board of Directors
  • Direct, develop, and evolve the Bank’s Liquidity stress testing program
  • Interact with business lines and retail network on CRB’s funding and liquidity profile, requirements, and opportunities
  • Governance of Liquidity Risk, including Liquidity Policy and Contingency Funding Plan documentation, limit structure and interaction with Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit
  • Communicate with the Bank’s regulators and rating agencies as needed
  • Advise on assumptions related to CRB’s ALM process to help accurately forecast sensitivity to NII and EVE in varying interest rate environments
  • Maintain advanced industry knowledge of technology solutions for liquidity risk management information and reporting
  • Evaluate contingent funding sources and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 10 years+ of experience in Liquidity Risk and Corporate Treasury
  • Master’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Innovator
  • CPA preferred
  • Technology proficient
  • Effective in data gathering, able to work in an unstructured environment, effective communication skills and able to build partnerships internally and externally
  • Thrive in multi-tasking across many simultaneous initiatives
  • An outlier attitude: passion, perseverance, and positivity

Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $275,000.00
