About Elekta

As Head of Linac Solutions & Pricing, you will lead the global strategy for how Elekta defines, positions, and monetizes its Linac‑based clinical solutions. You will shape value propositions, set pricing strategy, drive pricing governance, and partner with regional leaders to ensure strong commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Define differentiated value propositions for Linac solutions
• Lead global pricing strategy, architecture, and monetization models
• Own global pricing governance and portfolio structure
• Drive price realization and strategic deal support with regional teams
• Advise senior leadership on commercial and competitive strategy
Your Expertise
• Senior leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or solution management
• Strong ability to define and articulate value for complex technology or clinical solutions
• Deep expertise in pricing models and commercial governance
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across regions
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Clear, effective communicator and collaborative leader
