We are in search of a new team member to join us as a Head of Legal!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies and procedures for legal compliance and minimizing legal risks
Identify and proactively manage legal risks associated with the company's operations
Provide legal support during negotiations with clients for strategic projects
Managing all procecess of the legal team
Advise on issues related to trademarks, patents, and copyrights
Provide legal advice to the management team and other sectors regarding various legal issues and risk
Conduct legal research and analysis to monitor changes in legislation that may affect the company's operations
Organize and conduct training records for employees in accordance with compliance procedures
Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients and suppliers to protect the company's interests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law
- Experience in corporate law, labor relations, compliance, and contractual matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Decision-making capabilities and strategic approach
- High level of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Law is an advantage
