The Opportunity
Reporting to the Retail Performance Director, the Head of Learning will shape and execute the MEA learning strategy across stores, corporate teams, support functions and will drive the market's retail learning agenda, ensuring all client-facing teams have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve commercial success while delivering the world-class service synonymous with Tiffany & Co.
Working closely with Retail Leadership and key business partners, you will design and execute learning strategies that strengthen selling excellence, leadership capability, client development, and customer experience across the retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the market retail learning strategy aligned to business priorities and growth objectives.
- Deliver and adapt retail learning programmes that build product expertise, selling excellence, clienteling capability, and leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with store leaders to embed learning, coaching, and behavioural change into everyday practices.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning through impactful coaching and leadership development initiatives.
- Measure programme effectiveness through KPIs, reporting, and business performance insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external providers to deliver innovative and effective learning solutions.
About You
- 8+ years' experience in Retail Learning, Talent Development, Training, Facilitation, or Performance Consulting.
- Proven experience developing learning strategies that drive business performance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and presentation capabilities.
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about developing people.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and the local market language.
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred; jewellery experience is an advantage.
