We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Head of IT to build and lead our IT strategy. In this role, you will own the company’s internal infrastructure, security standards, and IT operations, ensuring our employees have the best technological environment to succeed. You will lead a team while staying hands-on, managing everything from SaaS applications to hardware procurement and network security.
Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 IT professionals . Build the annual IT roadmap and manage the department’s budget and procurement.
- IT Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT support (Helpdesk), onboarding/offboarding processes, and asset management (hardware & software) across global sites.
- Infrastructure & SaaS: Manage and optimize our core systems: Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Okta, Slack, and other enterprise tools.
- Security & Compliance: Partner with the Security team to enforce InfoSec policies, manage access controls (IdP/SSO), and support compliance audits (SOC2, ISO).
- Network & Systems: Manage end-to-end office networking (Firewalls, WiFi, VPNs).
- Projects: Lead cross-organization IT projects such as office relocations, system migrations, and AI automation implementation.
Requirements (Must-haves):
- 5+ years of experience in IT System Administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership/team lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience in a mixed environment (MacOS & Windows)
- Expert level in managing [G-Suite / Office 365] admin consoles.
- Experience with Identity Management tools (Okta / Azure AD).
- Proven knowledge of Network & Security infrastructure (Firewalls, Switches, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access, Email security tools etc..).
- Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, or similar).
- Experience working and implementing business solutions using AI (Gemini or similar)
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a High-Growth Startup / Global company.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Scripting skills (Bash / Python / PowerShell) for automation.
