Responsabilities
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and Global IT leadership to align priorities and support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure successful implementation of the IT strategy and objectives, through effective prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive collaboration across business and IT teams, removing escalations and enabling effective decision-making.
- Ensure effective coordination of people, resources, and stakeholders to support successful delivery and operational stability.
- Lead team development through recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee growth.
- Manage the unit's budget, administrative activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance.
- Lead strategic local and global IT Commercial projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives.
- Drive project governance by managing priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting across cross-functional teams.
Skills
- You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership, people management, and organizational development.
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional and international IT teams in a global environment.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in leading complex IT programs and projects, applying strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder management practices.
- Strong ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery in international and matrix organizations.
- Strong ability to bridge business and IT, translating business priorities into IT strategies and organizational initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of IT service delivery, enterprise applications, and IT governance within commercial business domains.
- Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage).
Skills Required
