GLOBAL HEAD OF IT & INFRASTRUCTURE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of IT & Infrastructure to lead our global IT operations and infrastructure strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate IT, including network architecture, cloud services, data centers, identity & access management and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with proven expertise in implementing and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions. As the Head of Corporate IT & Infrastructure, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business objectives, drive digital transformation initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will lead a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Role:
As the platform and organization continue to grow, we are looking for an accomplished and experienced leader to lead our Corporate IT and Infrastructure functions within the CIO (Chief Information Officer) organization. This role will report to our CISO/SVP and Head of Security & IT. The Employee Tech Center/IT Support, Systems Engineering and Identity & Access Management and IT Cloud Engineering functions will report to this leader.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Corporate IT and Cloud Infrastructure:
- Manage and maintain corporate IT and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, ensuring secure and efficient global operations.
- User Experience and Satisfaction:
- Drive a seamless user experience across all employee interactions with IT, focusing on maintaining high employee satisfaction scores, continuous process improvement, automation, and self-service capabilities.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Provide executive level thought leadership in strategic business development, technical innovation, and financial and operational planning, aligning IT infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Foster a highly collaborative working relationship with end-user communities, client leaders, and fellow technology teams to ensure alignment and support for business goals.
- Team Management and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor direct reports, including Managers, Support SMEs, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Cloud Engineers, to ensure the effective management of the corporate network, internet circuits, firewalls, telephony, meeting rooms, Identity & Access Management, and IT infrastructure. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved directly when needed.
- Vendor and Contract Management:
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure services, ensuring the best value and service for the organization.
- Cost and Resource Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs and resource allocation, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all IT systems and services comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of security and operational integrity.
- High Availability and Performance:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems and services across the organization.
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Total 10+ years of experience operating in a SaaS environment. Experience leading the Corporate IT and Infrastructure functions with the experience of managing and developing talent globally.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and trends.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong ability to execute, lead transformation and drive implementation of agreed-upon strategies while engaging with C-level executives and individual contributors.
- Experience managing IT Managed Services Providers (MSPs), evaluating MSPs and defining success metrics to evaluate performance of MSPs.
- Proven ability to actively establish operating plans and drive the operational cadence needed to achieve the plan in an organization size of 2000+ people.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL (ITIL certification preferred).
- Possess the savvy to work across organizational lines within the company and influence key internal executives.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a high sense of urgency; proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, managing and supporting remote and global staff, environments, and business areas.
- Some global travel may be required.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Deep experience with IT service delivery within AWS and Azure cloud environments
- Experience leading technology teams utilizing and or supporting the following systems and platforms: Lumos, Okta, Databricks, Jellyfish, jamf, InTune, Jira, Asana, Kubernetes, Lambda, Coupa, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Workspaces, Teleport, Netskope, SWG

Compensation:
Base compensation range: $200,000-$250,000. Additionally, short-term incentive target and equity are included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
Where:
The preferred work location for this role is in Colorado. However remote candidates will be considered as well. Remote candidates may be based anywhere in the United States, with periodic travel to Colorado.
