Job Summary:
The Head of IT & Cloud Services, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will lead and develop Algosystems’ IT & Cloud Services, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable delivery to enterprise customers while building scalable and profitable Managed Services.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services delivery, ensuring reliability, SLA performance, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and evolve the Managed Services portfolio across on-premises, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, introducing new services and capabilities.
- Drive standardization, automation, observability and continuous improvement to increase service quality, scalability and efficiency.
- Act as a senior technology and service partner for customers, collaborating with Sales and Presales on major opportunities, solution design and technology roadmaps.
- Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, supporting technology capabilities and business growth.
- Own the domain’s performance, including capacity, utilization, cost efficiency, budgeting, growth and profitability.
- Build, coach and develop high-performing teams through structured skills development, certifications, career paths and succession planning.
- Collaborate across technology, delivery and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions and services and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems or Cloud, including technical leadership and people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, compute, virtualization, storage, backup, data center and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and other major cloud platforms.
- Experience in Managed Infrastructure & Cloud Services and supporting large and complex enterprise environments.
- Understanding of cloud migration, modernization, automation, observability and infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training and developing technical professionals.
- Strong customer orientation combined with commercial and financial awareness.
- Experience in developing and launching new managed services or capabilities will be considered an advantage.
- University degree in a relevant technology discipline; professional or cloud certifications are desirable.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
