Our client is a leading financial services company, currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their team.
Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth and capital objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing investors through proactive engagement.
Deliver a high-quality, tailored investor experience across the full investment lifecycle.
Oversee the preparation and standardization of investor materials, onboarding documents, and periodic reports.
Lead investor relations activities such as financial disclosures, investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Investment/Portfolio) to ensure consistent and transparent communication.
Prepare and present updates on company performance, strategic direction, and future outlook to investors.
Monitor market trends, benchmark competitors, and proactively address investor expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, disclosure standards, and internal governance policies.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on investor communication and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in finance, investment, or investor relations roles.
Proven experience working with institutional investors or strategic partners.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
Professional certifications such as CFA (or equivalent) are an advantage.
