Responsibilities 

  • Build strong investor relationships.  

  • Maintain clear, consistent communication that strengthens market trust and reduces cost and time of fundraising. 

  • Bring investor feedback and market insights to leadership. 

  • Help prioritize high-ROI decisions and avoid costly misalignment. 

  • Create long-term cost savings and operations efficiency.

Experience 

  • Build and manage relationships with investors, producing quality investor communications that strengthen market trust. 

  • Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution, owning outreach and negotiation. 

  • Translate investor feedback and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for leadership to prioritize high-ROI decisions and avoid strategic misalignment.  

  • Design and operate scalable IR systems and vendor/outsourced relationships to reduce third-party reliance and drive long-term cost efficiency.  

  • Coordinate investor-facing growth and partnership activities to amplify company positioning and report community/partnership KPIs to investors.
