NCR Voyix is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales team, driving revenue growth across our Payments business. This high-impact role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and building a culture of accountability and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing inside sales teams and achieving ambitious sales goals. 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the inside sales strategy to support overall Payments business objectives. 
  • Team Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. 
  • Revenue Growth: Drive the achievement of sales targets, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. 
  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and metrics to maximize team productivity and efficiency. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging and execution. 
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide actionable insights into sales performance and forecast accuracy. 
  • Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-first approach, delivering an exceptional sales experience that aligns with NCR Voyix’s brand and values. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience in inside sales leadership roles, preferably within the payments, SaaS, or technology sectors. 
  • Demonstrated success in scaling inside sales teams and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. 
  • Strong understanding of sales tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
