The Team:
The infrastructure engineering team at OSTTRA is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to ensuring that both our infrastructure and development communities leverage the latest technologies. The Impact:

As a senior technologist, you will influence the entire tech community within OSTTRA, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives across on-premise, private, and public cloud environments. Your contributions will not only enhance our technology capabilities but also support critical infrastructure that underpins our role in the global financial system. By modernizing and optimizing our systems, you will help reduce systemic risk and improve operational efficiency for many of the largest banks worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall infrastructure engineering capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain platform ownership of core services, including Observability and CICD tooling.
• Evolve architecture for scalability, resilience, security, and cost optimization.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and architecting infrastructure across various application stacks, from monolith to microservices.
• Proven experience in building and leading engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud migration and application modernization programs.
• Expertise in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure at an enterprise level.

We’d Also Prefer It if You Have:

• Proficiency in automation technologies and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., IaC).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (serverless, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of financial markets and experience operating critical infrastructure.
