Key Responsibilities:
- Translate segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates.
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models.
- Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, etc.
- Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes.
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs.
- Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication.
- Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning.
- Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse.
- Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven leadership of large-scale B2B information or operations teams
- Strong expertise in segmentation, information sourcing, enrichment, and delivery workflows.
- Familiarity with Third Party Tools
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience embedding predictive models into operational workflows.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
