Flowcode is not just a technology company; we are the connective tissue between the physical and digital worlds. We power the next generation of marketing, and we need a cultural lightning rod—a Head Influencer—to own the conversation.

This is not a social media management job. This is an executive-level sales, evangelism, and cultural strategy role for a "do it all" type who eats ambiguity for breakfast and sleeps with a phone in their hand. Your mission is singular: make Flowcode synonymous with cultural relevance and drive the adoption of our product by the people who move markets. You are building a category, not just fulfilling a quota.

💥 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: THE THREE PILLARS

You are the chief evangelist, tasked with executing a strategy across three critical pillars:

1. Influencer Acquisition & Conversion (The Flowcode Network)
  • Sign-Up and Convert: Personally identify, court, and onboard the most influential marketers, creators, and cultural figures who shape how brands spend money. This isn't about micro-influencers; it's about the people who can shift millions in marketing budgets.
  • Product Evangelism: Educate these leaders on how to integrate Flowcode into their strategy, turning them into high-volume, power users who showcase our product's value in public.
  • Performance Metrics: Success is measured by the volume and quality of high-profile influencers you convert into active, revenue-driving users of the Flowcode platform.
2. Architecting the Touchpoint Marketing Team
  • Category Creation: Forge a new category within the Fortune 500: the Touchpoint Marketing Team (TMT). You will create the blueprint, language, and case studies necessary to convince major organizations that they must centralize their physical-to-digital connections via Flowcode.
  • Executive Persuasion: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and white papers aimed at CMOs and CEOs, articulating the business case for TMTs and positioning Flowcode as the indispensable operating system for this new function.
3. Cultural Velocity & Always-On Publishing
  • The Instant Pulse: Establish an Always-On Publishing Strategy that ensures Flowcode is front-and-center during every major cultural wave, event, and news cycle. If it's trending, Flowcode needs to be part of the visual conversation—instantly.
  • Strategic Execution: Deploy content, partnerships, and high-impact press placements within hours (not days) of cultural moments breaking (e.g., a viral sporting event, a major awards show, a breaking political campaign).
  • Velocity Over Volume: Focus on high-signal, high-relevance output that demonstrates Flowcode's utility in real-time, cementing our status as an essential, responsive marketing technology.
💪 WHO YOU ARE: REQUIREMENTS & SPIRIT
  • NYC Native/Resident: You must be based in our NYC headquarters and thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment. We need you close to the action.
  • The Network: You possess an established, high-level network in the media, marketing, or creator economy space. You can get a meeting with anyone relevant.
  • The Hustle: 8+ years of experience in high-growth, high-stakes environments (Venture Capital, high-profile startups, media evangelism, or agency leadership).
  • The Visionary: Proven ability to spot emerging trends and cultural shifts before they hit the mainstream.
  • The Scrapper: You are ready to execute at the ground level, but think at the executive level. No task is beneath you if it advances the overall mission.
  • The Communicator: World-class verbal and written presentation skills. You can explain complex marketing technology in a single, compelling sentence.
  • Hardcore Metric Focus: You view every conversation as a potential path to an activated user and ultimately, revenue.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  The current range for this role is up to $100-$120k OTE plus equity.
