About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Head of Influencer Marketing to own and scale our influencer and creator partnerships. In this role, you will be the architect of our brand’s voice within the creator economy. You will bridge the gap between authentic content creation and strategic business goals, managing the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from strategy and discovery to negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Define the Strategy: Own the vision. You will build our influencer marketing practice from the ground up, designing the frameworks, processes, and creative standards that will guide our growth. This is a "build the playbook" role, not a "manage the spreadsheet" role.
Cultivate High-Impact Creator Relationships: Develop and nurture a diverse network of trusted influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You will act as the bridge between brand objectives and authentic creator voices, fostering partnerships that are strategic, scalable, and mutually valuable.
Lead Campaigns from Concept to Close: Own the entire campaign lifecycle. You will translate client goals into compelling briefs, oversee execution, and deliver post-campaign analysis that demonstrates clear ROI. When clients call, it’s because they trust you to drive results—not just activity.
Build and Mentor a Team: As our agency scales, you will play a key role in shaping its future. You will hire, coach, and inspire a team of influencer specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: You have your finger on the pulse of the creator economy. From algorithm shifts and platform updates to emerging trends and monetization changes, you anticipate what’s next and adapt our strategies accordingly—keeping our agency and our clients three steps ahead.
Drive Measurable Business Outcomes: You understand the difference between vanity metrics and real value. You will establish clear KPIs, measure performance against business goals, and consistently prove how influencer activity drives awareness, consideration, and conversion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related field is a plus— but what truly matters is what you can build. A standout portfolio or equivalent hands-on experience is just as valued.
  • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a substantial portion of that time spent within an agency environment navigating diverse client voices and categories.
  • Demonstrated success in architecting and executing high-impact, cross-platform campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Leadership experience—you have mentored team members or managed projects and are ready to help build and guide a growing team.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset—you can look at the data, figure out what matters, and clearly explain how it connects to real business results.
  • A solid network of creator relationships and the ability to negotiate partnerships that feel authentic, deliver value, and can grow over time.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building something new. You thrive when given the freedom to create processes, set standards, and shape a practice from the ground up.
