Position Summary:
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading all people functions of the organization in alignment with Everise policies and practices, ethical and social responsibilities of business and society, applicable laws, and other regulatory and advisory authorities. This position is responsible for enterprise-level human resource strategy and workforce planning, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while strengthening Everise’s position as an employer of choice.
The role partners closely with executive leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure the workforce is positioned to support both current and future business needs. It also ensures strong awareness of industry trends, talent markets, and evolving workforce dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the design, development, execution, and governance of the organization’s Human Resource strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and enterprise priorities.
Serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, influencing organizational direction through a people and talent lens.
Translates enterprise business strategy into scalable HR strategies, frameworks, and operating plans.
Advises senior leadership on the people implications of long-term strategic initiatives, transformation programs, regulatory changes, and organizational growth.
Leads enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies to ensure access to high-quality talent across all levels and geographies.
Designs and governs competitive compensation and benefits philosophies that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
Champions enterprise diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to build a fully inclusive and high-performing workforce.
Leads workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and capability depth across the organization.
Drives organizational capability building through leadership development, learning strategies, and enterprise-wide upskilling initiatives.
Benchmarks HR strategies, programs, and practices against global best practices to ensure continued competitiveness.
Acts as a senior advisor on complex employee relations and organizational matters, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values.
Oversees HR policies, governance frameworks, and systems to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Leads the optimization of HR information systems and workforce analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Ensures alignment and coordination of HR strategies across business units and geographies.
Maintains oversight of global HR trends and ensures appropriate integration of local and international HR practices where applicable.
Provides executive oversight across core HR functions including employee relations, communications, health and safety, relocation, and community engagement.
Owns the HR function budget and ensures optimal allocation of resources aligned to business priorities.
Continuously evaluates and evolves the HR operating model, organizational structure, and leadership capability to drive efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership exposure (SVP/VP/Head of HR level).
Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy in complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
Strong background in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated experience leading transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $220,000- $250,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include a discretionary bonus and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
