About The Role
Head of HR, SingaporeKnight Frank Singapore is seeking a high-calibre Head of HR to lead our HR and support teams, shaping our HR Strategy that aligns our people management and organizational goals. The incumbent will recommend, develop and implement a broad range of people-related initiatives, systems and processes to attract, develop and retain top talent to meet the strategic needs of the business, driving high performance and enhancing employee experiences.
Head of HR, SingaporeKey Responsibilities- Provide senior management with HR counsel to identify HR priorities and opportunities, developing and executing HR policies, activities and programs that support organization’s priorities
- Revamp and integrate full spectrum of HR functions for all entities in Singapore
- Lead, guide and manage HR teams to deliver HR programs and initiatives effectively and efficiently, simplifying and automating HR and Support processes accordingly
- Lead HR transformation projects, including and not limited to, HRIS upgrade & implementation, performance management process review, compensation benchmarking exercise and organizational design review
- Lead and implement effective learning and development framework and programs for operational excellence, corporate & regulatory compliance and continuous learning & knowledge sharing throughout the organization
- Provide direction and management of recruitment strategy, identify talent management strategies and implement plans for developing the organization’s (internal and external) talent pipeline
- Benchmark and implement effective compensation and benefits programs to ensure our remuneration packages are competitive with market practices
- Develop and manage effective employee relationship programs to build a more engaged and people-oriented working environment
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR programs including and not limited to performance and talent management, succession planning, recognition, and disciplinary matters
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, vendors, and community groups
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations, developing policies and procedures to address associated risks
- Lead support team in office management and corporate support activities.
- Relevant experience (10-15years), including experience in leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives
- Talent management specialist experience would be a plus
- Experience in real estate and/or related industries preferred
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-driven and enjoys working in lean, evolving environments with high ownership and agency
- Opportunity to modernize HR function within a leading real estate organization
- Ownership of broad spectrum HR programs, driving adoption of best in class practices
