As a key partner to CX leadership, you’ll shape the organizational structure, build scalable HR systems, and ensure a world-class employee experience across multiple high-growth markets.
Lead Regional HR Strategy: Define and execute the HR roadmap for CX across Dubai, Egypt, and KSA, aligning with business growth and regional priorities.
Build & Scale People Operations: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll, contracts, visa/work permit management, and HR systems.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure full compliance with UAE, Egypt, and Saudi labour laws and local regulatory systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.).
Talent Growth & Development: Partner with CX and TA leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent at scale.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and deliver engagement and recognition programs that strengthen culture, performance, and retention across large frontline teams.
Performance Leadership: Implement robust performance frameworks, driving accountability and data-backed talent decisions.
Employee Relations & Risk Management: Act as the escalation point for all complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Finance, TA, and Regional People teams to align policies, budgets, and workforce planning.
Regional Representation: Serve as the CX HR leader in regional and global forums, ensuring local needs are represented in broader organizational decisions.
Proven experience leading HR strategy and operations in multi-country or regional environments, ideally within customer service or high-growth industries.
Strong command of UAE, KSA, and Egypt labour laws and HR compliance systems.
Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building high-performance cultures.
Data-driven and structured, with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Empathetic, influential leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
RequirementsRequired & Preferred Experience
Proven track record leading HR for large, multi-country organisations, ideally within tech, fintech, or customer operations
Experience overseeing People teams in high-volume, customer-facing environments
Deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws across UAE, KSA, and EgyptStrong capability in leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational design
Exceptional business partnering skills with senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-scaling environmentsArabic speaking is a plus
