Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Head of HR Excellence to join our HR team at our Marousi premises.

The Head of HR Excellence translates and executes the Business Strategy into functional HR strategies in the areas of recruitment, talent, performance, learning & organizational excellence. 

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Execute HR strategy and implement programs, processes and tools that support the overall business objectives through leading edge & efficient HR systems- processes- policies
  • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, and general duty of care
  • Drive change management practices to enable organizational effectiveness by developing strategies that foster employee engagement and commitment
  • Strengthen the organization through talent management framework & activities which dock seamlessly to Reward & Recognition policies: Prepare and run Talent Forums with HRBPs with the Talent Advisors, Cultivate employer branding, Design Career paths for employees, Design Onboarding Framework
  • Responsible for Operational KPIs, monitoring of HR performance through Dashboards
  • Develop strategic workforce plans by partnering with business leadership and Talent Acquisition; Create insights for improvements through the HR KPIs & Analytics in order to drive HR Excellence
  • Develop reviews and revises human resources policies so that they are congruent with the organizational culture, and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Direct delegates, motivate, and develop staff to provide appropriate support and services to both the department and other business departments



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related degree required
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years human resources management experience including but not limited to recruitment, labor law, and employee relations

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Drive for results, Transformational Leadership
  • Proven team leadership, business acumen, and organizational skills to effectively influence and implement numerous initiatives across a large organization
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations, HRIS, HR systems: Talent, Performance, Learning, Metrics
  • Demonstrated managerial ability in a complex environment

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of human resources management experience, including recruitment, labor law, and employee relations
  • Drive for results and transformational leadership
  • Proven team leadership, business acumen, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and implement initiatives across a large organization
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations, HRIS, talent, performance, learning, and metrics systems
  • Demonstrated managerial ability in a complex environment
