Job Description

  • Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
  • Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner.
  • Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility.
  • Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility.
  • Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
  • Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or specialization in Talent Management or Organizational Development preferred. 
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources.
  • Mastery of Human Resources processes (recruitment, development, performance, compensation, labor relations).
  • English Fluent.
