Responsibilities:
- Lead North America demand generation strategies across outbound growth hacking, paid media, SEO, and ABM.
- Build and scale integrated full-funnel programs that create qualified pipeline and accelerate funnel velocity.
- Own experimentation and growth hacking projects: A/B tests, rapid channel iteration of inbound and outbound strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Content to tightly align messaging, targeting, and qualification processes.
- Oversee automation, data enrichment, experimentation frameworks, and marketing/sales tech to scale revenue efficiently.
- Work with GTM Engineering and Marketing to own the growth systems roadmap—project prioritization, and architecture of next-generation solutions.
- Lead and grow a team of growth engineers. You will have immediate access to GTM data and BI engineers from the GTM Engineering and Ops team, as well as marketing developers from the marketing team from day one.
- Ensure best-in-class data accuracy and dashboards with clear marketing KPIs at the campaign and channel level, all tying back to revenue attribution.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in building B2B companies, demand generation, or performance marketing roles with proven pipeline impact.
- You have been the most data-driven person on every marketing team you’ve joined, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Very strong data/marketing-tech background; comfortable being hands-on at the ground level while building a team over time.
- Experience leading regional or segment-level demand generation strategies, not just tactical execution.
- Ability to execute AI workflows in modern tools such as Clay, AirOps.
- Mastery of acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and lifecycle tools.
- Deep understanding of pipeline metrics: CAC, SQLs, MQL-to-Close conversion, funnel velocity, and revenue influence.
- Track record of recruiting and scaling high-performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial, first-principles mindset with a bias for action and continuous experimentation.
