About the Role

At Finary, we’re redefining how people manage their wealth — from portfolio tracking to tax optimization, we empower a new generation of investors to take control. As Head of Growth, your mission is simple: scale user acquisition profitably.

You’ll own our growth engine from end to end, with the CLV/CAC equation in mind. You’ll manage paid and organic acquisition, hire and lead a high-performing growth team, and drive the experimentation roadmap across all channels. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our CEO Mounir.

You'll design and execute Finary’s user acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels. You will also build, lead, and scale a world-class growth team. Partner with Product to build top-of-funnel growth loops and activation flows.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You
  • Have held a Head of Growth, VP Growth or CMO role at a B2C startup;

  • Scaled at least one acquisition channel from zero to millions of users.

  • Are a world-class product leader with a strong management track record - mentoring and inspiring teams of growth;

  • Know how to recruit and inspire top talent - and love building winning team;

  • Have strong performance marketing chops and a passion for data-driven experimentation;

  • Collaborate seamlessly across product, design, data, and content.

Bonus Points If You
  • Experience in fintech or wealth tech;

  • Have built acquisition strategies around video content (e.g. YouTube);

  • Have an AI-first mindset to growth experimentation;

  • Invest your own money and passionate about the mission;

  • Were a founder or built in early-stage startups.
