Upfluence develops and sells an influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in October 2016, the company has shown impressive growth rate and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico and Lyon.
 

What we expect from you

As the Head of Growth, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in driving Upfluence's growth by leading innovative, full-funnel inbound marketing strategies. We're looking for a highly data-driven, tech-savvy growth marketer who can go beyond traditional inbound efforts, implementing strategies that impact every stage of the customer lifecycle and accelerate pipeline growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive growth strategies that span the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to customer retention, to increase user acquisition and engagement. Utilize cross-channel tactics including paid advertising, content marketing, email automation, social media, and CRO to drive consistent growth.
  • Manage inbound performance marketing campaigns that drive qualified demos and revenue, maximizing ROI on traditional paid channels (SEA, LinkedIn, Meta), and leveraging new placements, to boost acquisition and revenue.
  • Leverage A/B testing, rapid experimentation, and growth hacking techniques to identify opportunities and iterate on campaigns. Seek innovative methods to drive incremental growth and challenge the status quo.
  • Use the latest in automation, AI, and other technology tools to streamline marketing workflows, improve targeting, maximize campaign impacts, and support seamless pipeline management from TOFU through MOFU.
  • Design marketing programs that nurture leads throughout the prospect and customer journey, ensuring high engagement and driving conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Use data and analytics to uncover growth opportunities, optimize for ROI, and inform strategy across all marketing activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze potential segments, and tailor strategies to reach and engage diverse user groups.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and all teams to create growth strategies that are aligned and integrated across the company.

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience (full-time, CDI) in growth marketing and demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS. Agency experience is a plus.
  • You have a proven track record of driving growth and retention across multiple channels, with strong expertise in conversion optimization.
  • You are creative and data-driven, bringing a strategic mindset focused on results.
  • You are highly adept with new technology and have experience in leveraging AI, automation, and other cutting-edge tech to enhance marketing impact.
  • You’re curious, innovative, and proactive in solving challenges.
  • You operate with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in English, as our primary operations are in the US.
