We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of Growth (CMO) to lead user acquisition, retention, and monetization for a fast-scaling B2C product. The ideal candidate will build a data-driven growth engine, manage a multidisciplinary team, and take full ownership of performance marketing and product KPIs.
Role is on-site (Limassol, Cyprus - relocation is possible).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the growth strategy across paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, funnel optimization, and brand/social initiatives
- Define key performance indicators, manage budgets, and establish structured operational rhythms including weekly plans, daily reporting, and monthly reviews
- Build and scale the growth team by hiring, mentoring, and ensuring strong ownership and timely execution
- Align closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure growth priorities are reflected in the product roadmap
- Set up robust internal processes for creative development, performance tracking, experiment management, and partner collaboration
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2C growth or marketing in iGaming, gamedev, adult/dating, including at least one role at Head, CMO, or Director level
- Proven experience leading teams and managing performance in a results-driven environment
- Strong hands-on background in performance marketing, with a solid understanding of media buying, funnels, and creative iteration processes
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to work effectively across functions
- Demonstrated ability to improve LTV/CAC and achieve profitable scale
- Experience running and scaling testing processes for creatives and conversion funnels
- Ability to grow and stabilize multiple acquisition channels over time
- Consistent execution discipline and ability to drive reliable team output
- English - at least Upper-intermediate level
- Knowledge of Russian will be a plus
