Job Description

JOB TITLE:   Head of Group Incident Management and Investigations

SALARY:

London: £144,424 - £169,910

Outside London: £124,653 - £146,650

LOCATIONS: London, Edinburgh, Leeds or Manchester

HOURS:  Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

We are looking for an experienced Head of Incident Management and Investigations who can: 

  • Set the strategy and framework and lead the business response to severe and critical incidents. 
  • Collaborate with the business, industry, and regulators to ensure effective incident management. 
  • Support senior executives in discharging their duties during critical incidents. 
  • Lead Group Investigations, investigating insider activity and cases of colleagues involved in external criminal activity. 
  • Ensure we apply a strong learning lens to all our incidents and investigations.

What you’ll need

  • Solid background in Incident Management, given the size and systemic nature of LBG. Incident Management within Financial Services would be preferred. 
  • Proven experience in leading and influencing at a senior level, up to and including Board. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and simplify complex processes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence large teams both directly and pan-group to achieve strong outcomes and delivery. 
  • Innovative growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
