Head of Group Business Control - Tietoevry Tech Services

• Oversee the Group’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to management and the Board of Directors.
• Act as a key advisor to the CFO, supporting financial analysis, valuation modeling, strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with operational market and service line finance leaders to drive standardized and efficient business control and steering processes across the organization.
• Lead a virtual team of business controllers, supporting their development into strategic business partners and enhancing reporting tools and practices.
• Manage a team responsible for:
    - Group management and ad hoc reporting
    - Budgeting and forecasting
    - Business intelligence and support function control
    - Sales support (deal finance)
• Lead the finance process development and automation team, ensuring alignment between IT and financial requirements.
• Maintain and develop reporting solutions, data quality, and planning tools, including business intelligence, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting systems.

• Proven track record in finance leadership roles, preferably in complex, international business environments and/or corporate finance, management consulting or private equity.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis and reporting, and in driving performance improvement.
• Solid experience in corporate finance; experience in driver-based financial modelling and valuation modelling is an advantage.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Familiarity with Power BI, forecasting tools and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is highly valued; previous deployment of AI is an advantage.
• Advanced presentation and excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
