Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for global supply chain, services, and engineering systems that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
IT Operations and Infrastructure:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure supporting supply chain, services, and engineering systems.
- Ensure robust IT governance, security, and compliance across all systems and processes.
Project Management:
- Manage large-scale IT projects, including ERP implementations, system integrations, and technology upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices to enhance supply chain, services, and engineering processes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational excellence.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the IT budget for supply chain, services, and engineering systems, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on supply chain, services, and engineering systems.
- Proven track record of leading global IT teams and managing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, engineering systems, and related technologies.
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Supply Chain applications (i.e. Kinexis) and other relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a complex, global environment.
