At Eni, we are looking for a Head of General Services within Eni Ghana in Accra. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the provision of reliable transportation services for employees; ensuring appropriate lodging and accommodation arrangements that meet the needs of both staff and the Company; and arranging for the supply, upkeep and proper maintenance of office and household furniture and equipment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise the performance of service contractors to ensure they deliver the level of service specified in their contracts.
  • Oversee the certification of contractors’ invoices to enable payment for services rendered.
  • Ensure that staff on mission and Eni Ghana employees are provided with transportation, meet‑and‑greet services, and lodging and accommodation in line with Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that employees receive office and household furnishings and equipment appropriate to their grade within the Company.
  • Ensure that office and household equipment is properly maintained.

Skills and experience required:

  • University degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, General Services and Logistics, and significant overseas experience.
  • A strong technical background, combined with the ability to plan, coordinate and manage a variety of administrative services.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Company’s organisation and administrative policies, procedures and operations.
  • Experience in comparative economic evaluations.
  • Skills in cost analysis and control, cost estimating, purchase pricing and budgeting.
