Job Responsibilities :
As the Games Operations Manager, you'll oversee our partners' game publishing operations in Vietnam, directing a team that spans Operations, Art, Localization and Marketing.
Your mandate is to drive top-tier game operations across multiple projects concurrently. This pivotal role entails close collaboration with external game development teams to elevate and refine game operations for our industry partners.
- Leading, hiring, and managing the publishing team for the game.
- Direct manage marketing, operation, community, customer support and tech support teams.
- P&L responsibility to ensure positive profitability for the game.
- Work management to identify product strategy, monetization, and operational activities.
- Plan & execute an integrated product roadmap consisting of updates and activities.
- Manage the publishing full cycle from game evaluation, preparation, soft launch, hard launch.
- Analyse and forecast game performance using daily statistics.
- Play both internal and competitor products to provide comparative analyses in the market.
- Communicate the product and publishing vision to everyone.
Pre-Requisites :
- At least published 2 games on profile as publishing head.
- 9+ years’ experience in the online or mobile games industry in Vietnam.
- Had experienced worked in publishing company is plus, such as VNG, Appota, Funtap, etc.
- Had experienced worked on RGP, MMORPG, Shooter game in publishing company is plus.
- Experience managing 30+ publishing team required
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Position based on Campus in Ho Chi Minh City
