You are a hands-on leader who writes code every day. You have deep JavaScript and TypeScript experience, strong frontend roots, and the full-stack perspective necessary to architect systems that scale without friction.

Your role is execution-first with a founder mindset.

• Take full ownership of building, shipping, and evolving our frontend ecosystem.

• Define and deliver detailed technical roadmaps and implementation plans.

• Set the bar for engineering standards, mentor developers, and foster a culture of extreme ownership.

• Accelerate Delivery: Make the engineering team faster, more reliable, and focused on high-leverage work.

• Eliminate Bottlenecks: Drive clarity and cross-functional collaboration to streamline the path from idea to production.

• Scale Excellence: Raise technical standards and build the foundations for a world-class frontend organisation.

• Deep Expertise: Mastery of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React at scale.

• Pragmatic Leadership: A track record of applying best practices while maintaining high velocity in a high-growth environment.

• System Design: Ability to design robust architectures, write high-quality code, and manage technical debt.

• Strategic Influence: Strong technical leadership combined with consistent, hands-on contributions.
