<div><span ><b>THE ROLE</b></span></div><div><br></div><div>PlayOn! Sports is looking for an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our FP&A team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, guiding financial planning and forecasting, and supporting key decision-making processes. This role is critical in driving the financial performance and strategic initiatives of the company.</div><div><br></div><div>Additional responsibilities and accountabilities for this role could include:</div><div><br></div><div><b>Leadership & Management:</b></div><div>• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.</div><div>• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the FP&A function.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Financial Planning & Analysis:</b></div><div>• Oversee the preparation and analysis of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.</div><div>• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.</div><div>• Provide detailed variance analysis and performance metrics to senior management.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Strategic Partnering:</b></div><div>• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.</div><div>• Partner with department heads to develop financial strategies and operational plans.</div><div>• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Reporting & Communication:</b></div><div>• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders.</div><div>• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.</div><div>• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Process Improvement:</b></div><div>• Implement and optimize financial planning tools and systems.</div><div>• Streamline and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</div><div>• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in FP&A.</div><div><br></div><div><span ><b>THE PERSON</b></span></div><div><br></div><div>• 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles.</div><div>• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a corporate finance environment.</div><div>• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.</div><div>• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</div><div>• Excellent communication and presentation skills.</div><div>• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan).</div><div>• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.</div><div><br></div><p><div><b >COMPANY OVERVIEW</b></div><div><span > </span></div><div>The future of high school athletics and activities is powered by PlayOn!
