The Role

Join us on our journey as a Head of FP&A and Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after strategic growth initiatives, financial forecasting, and M&A activities. If you want to significantly impact the fintech industry, drive data-informed decision-making, and collaborate with a team of forward-thinkers, we would love to have you on board.

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Head of FP&A and Corporate Development:

  • Leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Preparing and evaluating complex financial models and investment cases to support business decisions
  • Analysing competitive landscapes to identify market trends, potential opportunities, and risks
  • Researching and assessing potential acquisition targets, including valuations and strategic fit
  • Partnering with external advisors and bankers on potential M&A, debt, and equity transactions
  • Developing financing strategies and supporting the CFO in capital raising initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO on growth plans, risks, and opportunities
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision
  • Presenting insights, models, and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner to C-level executives and the board
  • Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team

You’ll report to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Here’s what we’d love from our new Head of FP&A and Corporate Development:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategic planning or FP&A
  • Proven track record in driving growth and capital market transactions
  • Strong technical finance skills and financial modelling expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Experience in fintech, payments or tech environments
  • Exposure to capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, valuations and investor relations
  • Working knowledge of SQL or VBA
  • Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure and tools

  • Competitive Salary: Starting from €6,600 - €7,500 (gross) per month, depending on experience.
