The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of FP&A to build and lead the financial planning and analysis function at Innovapptive. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own both Corporate Finance and Business Unit Finance, partnering across R&D, Sales and Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

This is a high visibility and high impact role that combines hands-on analysis with strategic partnership. You will also have direct exposure to investors (Vista Equity and Tiger Global), bankers, and auditors, playing a key role in shaping Innovapptive’s financial narrative and growth trajectory.
What You Will Do

  • Lead companywide budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning across all business unit
  • Partner with executives to translate strategy into financial outcomes, focusing on ARR growth, gross and net retention, and efficiency
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision making
  • Own Board, investor, and management reporting, ensuring accurate insights and clear communication of SaaS metrics
  • Drive variance and scenario analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support fundraising, banking relationships, and financial diligence activities
  • Implement agentic AI and modern FP&A tools to automate analysis and forecasting
  • Partner with the CFO to drive operating leverage and capital efficiency across the business
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with exposure to SaaS or enterprise software preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR waterfalls, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, and Rule of 40/60 efficiency
  • Proven track record of business partnering with C level executives
  • Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear insights
  • Curiosity and passion for agentic AI and next generation FP&A automation
