Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Berlin office
Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of FP&A to lead Yepoda’s Financial Planning & Analysis function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role has high visibility across the leadership team and full ownership of financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision support. It is an individual contributor role with strategic impact—perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to shape the financial future of a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Build forecasting models, long-term plans, and scenario analyses aligned with company goals
Translate business strategy into data-driven financial frameworks
Controlling & Reporting
Own monthly and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
KPI & Board Reporting
Prepare board-level reports and KPI tracking materials, including financial deep-dives and scenario modelling
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a financial partner to teams across Marketing, Operations, and Product
Foster a culture of financial accountability and sound decision-making
Tool Management
Optimise and manage financial tools to improve planning and reporting efficiency
Your Profile
10+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within fast-paced and international environments (e.g. e-commerce, consumer goods)
CFA qualification or equivalent required
Background in top-tier consulting is a strong plus
Industry knowledge of e-commerce, beauty, or similar sectors is an advantage
Strong skills in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling
Fluency in English is required
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar (or equivalent experience)
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
